Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (16 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 box (16 ounces) spaghetti noodles, (cooked to package directions)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium yellow onion, (chopped)
  • 1 small green bell pepper, (diced)
  • 4 cloves garlic, (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, (softened)
  • ½ cup ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, (divided (save 1 cup for sprinkling on top))
  • ½ cup parmesan, (grated (we prefer freshly grated))
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • salt & pepper, (to taste)
  • parsley, (chopped (for garnish))

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
