Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (16 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 box (16 ounces) spaghetti noodles, (cooked to package directions)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium yellow onion, (chopped)
- 1 small green bell pepper, (diced)
- 4 cloves garlic, (minced)
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces cream cheese, (softened)
- ½ cup ricotta cheese
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, (divided (save 1 cup for sprinkling on top))
- ½ cup parmesan, (grated (we prefer freshly grated))
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- salt & pepper, (to taste)
- parsley, (chopped (for garnish))
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
