Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 oz semi sweet chocolate
- 12 oz Baker's German's Sweet Chocolate
- 7 oz jar of marshmallow cream
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- gold edible glitter spray (optional)
Instruction
- Prepare an 8 x 8 baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
- Put the semi sweet chocolate, Baker's German Sweet Chocolate, marshmallow cream and vanilla extract in a bowl and set aside.
- In a sauce pan heat and gradually bring to a boil the sugar, butter, salt and evaporated milk.
- Boil for 6 minutes and do not scrape the bottom of the pot as it boils.
- Carefully pour the boiling sauce over the chocolate, marshmallow cream and vanilla extract in the bowl.
- Beat with a mixer or a wooden spoon until the chocolate has melted and the fudge is creamy.
- Pour the fudge into the prepared 8 x 8 inch baking pan and spread evenly in the baking pan. Allow the fudge to cool completely
- Once cool lift the fudge up and out of the pan by the corners of the parchment paper.
- Cut into 36 one inch squares.
- Store in an air tight container.
