Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 Cup Milk
  • 5 tsp Corn Flour
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp Cardamom Powder

Instruction

  • First get ready with the ingredients. Take corn flour and add 1 tblsp of water to it. Mix it well without any lumps.
  • In a heavy bottomed pan, pour milk. Let it boil for 10 minutes in low flame. When it shrinks a little, pour the corn flour-water paste to the milk and stir well.
  • Once it starts to thicken add sugar and condensed milk. Stir constantly else the bottom gets burnt.
  • Add cardamom powder and mix well. When it becomes creamy in consistency (not watery or too thick), switch off flame. Allow it to cool completely. Take the popsicles mould, and fill it to 3/4 level to each mould.
  • Close it with the lids provided or cling it with aluminum wrap and insert a ice -cream stick. Freeze for at least 8 hours or over night. When needed keep it in warm water for 2 secs or show the popsicles mould under running water. Carefully pull the popsicle out.Enjoy this milk popsicle for this summer.
