Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1 cup of oatmeal flour
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cups of 2% whole milk
- 1/3 of sugar on the raw
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 cups of filtered water
- 1 cup of ice
- Powdered cinnamon to taste
- Paper straws and glasses for serving
Instruction
- Make the oat flour placing one cup of the oats in the blender and pulverize dry, then add the cinnamon stick and do the same.
- Pour the milk, the sugar, the vanilla extract and the water and blend until getting a frothy consistency.
- Add ice to the glasses and pour the horchata in each glass.
- Finish sprinkling some cinnamon powder to taste and adding a paper straw and enjoy.
- Preserve the Milk Horchata with Oatmeal in the fridge to maintain fresh.
