  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 6 to 7 tablespoons self-rising flour* (sifted)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1/2 egg (2 tablespoons or 20 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Heavy cream or ice cream ( for serving (optional))
