- 1/2 Cup Gluten-Free Pasta
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/4 Cup Carrot Puree
- 2 TB Nutritional Yeast
- 1/2 Tsp Yellow Mustard
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric
- 1/4 Tsp Onion Powder
- Ketchup (optional)
Instruction
- In a microwave safe bowl, combine the pasta and water.
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stir, and cook another 2 minutes until the water is mostly absorbed.
- Now add the carrot, nutritional yeast, mustard, and spices. Mix well to combine.
- Microwave again for 2-3 more minutes.
- Mix, top with ketchup, and devour!
