Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1/2 Cup Gluten-Free Pasta
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Cup Carrot Puree
  • 2 TB Nutritional Yeast
  • 1/2 Tsp Yellow Mustard
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric
  • 1/4 Tsp Onion Powder
  • Ketchup (optional)

Instruction

  • In a microwave safe bowl, combine the pasta and water.
  • Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stir, and cook another 2 minutes until the water is mostly absorbed.
  • Now add the carrot, nutritional yeast, mustard, and spices. Mix well to combine.
  • Microwave again for 2-3 more minutes.
  • Mix, top with ketchup, and devour!
