Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 tbsp  liquid egg white product
  • 1-2  tbsp of nonfat milk
  • 1 tbsp chopped spinach
  • 1 tbsp chopped orange bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp chopped red bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp chopped broccoli
  • 1-2 tbsp  low fat shredded cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Using a 6 to 8 oz ramekin, add egg white and milk and gently whisk. Add in remaining ingredients. Microwave for about 1 minute 30 seconds or until done.
