Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 tbsp liquid egg white product
- 1-2 tbsp of nonfat milk
- 1 tbsp chopped spinach
- 1 tbsp chopped orange bell peppers
- 1 tbsp chopped red bell peppers
- 1 tbsp chopped broccoli
- 1-2 tbsp low fat shredded cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
- Using a 6 to 8 oz ramekin, add egg white and milk and gently whisk. Add in remaining ingredients. Microwave for about 1 minute 30 seconds or until done.
