Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 tbs butter
  • 2 tbs plain flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper *to taste
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Instruction

  • Place the butter in a large microwave safe bowl and cook on high heat for 15-30 seconds or until melted.
  • Stir in the flour until blended and smooth.
  • Stir in milk, salt and pepper.
  • Cook on high for approximately 2 minutes.
  • Stir and cook again for another 1-2 minutes or until thickened.
  • Stir in cheese. Cook on high power for 1 minute.
  • Before serving, use a whisk to remove any lumps that have formed.
