Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 tbs butter
- 2 tbs plain flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp salt and pepper *to taste
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Instruction
- Place the butter in a large microwave safe bowl and cook on high heat for 15-30 seconds or until melted.
- Stir in the flour until blended and smooth.
- Stir in milk, salt and pepper.
- Cook on high for approximately 2 minutes.
- Stir and cook again for another 1-2 minutes or until thickened.
- Stir in cheese. Cook on high power for 1 minute.
- Before serving, use a whisk to remove any lumps that have formed.
