Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup long grain white rice
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 6 oz V-8 juice
  • salt
  • pepper

Instruction

  • In a sauté pan over medium heat add your oil.
  • Add in the rice and cook until the rice turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma.
  • Stir in your garlic, chicken stock, and v8 juice.
  • Bring the liquid up to a boil then cover and reduce the heat to low.
  • Allow the rice to simmer for 20 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed.
