Ingredients

The following ingredients have 20 Servings
  • 1 Pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Tablespoon Cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 whole Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1/2 small onion (diced)
  • 1/2 whole green pepper (diced)
  • 1/2 Cup White Wine (use FitVine if eating low carb (can sub apple juice))
  • 1 head Small Bib Lettuce (or personal preferred lettuce)

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients to Crockpot except for lettuce
  • Cook on medium heat 4-5 hours
  • Shred chicken with forks and serve in lettuce cups
  • May use optional cheese, tomatoes, salsa, avocado, etc. to garnish
