Ingredients
The following ingredients have 20 Servings
- 1 Pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 whole Juice of 1 Lime
- 1/2 small onion (diced)
- 1/2 whole green pepper (diced)
- 1/2 Cup White Wine (use FitVine if eating low carb (can sub apple juice))
- 1 head Small Bib Lettuce (or personal preferred lettuce)
Instruction
- Add all ingredients to Crockpot except for lettuce
- Cook on medium heat 4-5 hours
- Shred chicken with forks and serve in lettuce cups
- May use optional cheese, tomatoes, salsa, avocado, etc. to garnish
