- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon mild chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon chipotle chile powder ((or to taste))
- 1/2 teaspoon salt ((or to taste))
- 2 15-ounce cans cooked beans ((pinto, kidney, or combination), drained)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 15-ounce can diced tomatoes ((fire-roasted preferred))
- 2 cups fresh or frozen corn ((thawed))
- 1/2 cup medium grain bulgur wheat
