Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 6 ounces tuna
  • 1/2 cup artichoke hearts (diced)
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives (pitted, chopped)
  • 1 roasted red pepper (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup parsley (fresh, chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons basil leaves (slivered)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (freshly ground, to taste)

Instruction

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Chill until ready to serve.
  • Serve in lettuce leaves, on a baguette, or on whole-grain crackers.
