Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 6 ounces tuna
- 1/2 cup artichoke hearts (diced)
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives (pitted, chopped)
- 1 roasted red pepper (chopped)
- 1/4 cup parsley (fresh, chopped)
- 2 tablespoons basil leaves (slivered)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (freshly ground, to taste)
Instruction
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Chill until ready to serve.
- Serve in lettuce leaves, on a baguette, or on whole-grain crackers.
