- 1 can (15.5 oz) chickpeas - low sodium ((drained and rinsed))
- 6 oz chopped cauliflower
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves ((minced))
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ¼ tsp ground coriander
