Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 garlic cloves (minced)
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp allspice
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ground green cardamom
  • 5 tbsp. olive oil (divided)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup homemade mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1/2 cup fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Juice of ½ lemon or lime
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instruction

  • In a small bowl, combine the paprika, allspice, nutmeg, cardamom, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and season to taste.
  • Rub the chicken breasts with the spice mixture, making sure they are well coated.
  • Let the chicken marinate for 2 to 12 hours in the refrigerator.
  • In another bowl, combine all the ingredients for the dill sauce, season to taste, and refrigerate.
  • Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat.
  • Grill the chicken on the pre-heated grill for 10 to 12 minutes per side.
  • Serve the chicken with the dill sauce.
