Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups grilled chicken (cooked and diced)
  • 1 roma tomato (diced)
  • 1/2 cucumber (diced)
  • 1/2 red onion (diced)
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinaigrette
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
  • chopped cilantro (for topping)
  • 4 whole wheat pitas
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 lime (juice and zest)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instruction

  • In a small bowl, mix together chicken, tomato, cucumber, and red onion. Toss with red wine vinaigrette and set aside
  • In a separate small bowl, mix together all ingredients for the lime crema.
  • On each pita, place an equal portion of the chicken mixture, then top with feta cheese, cilantro, and drizzle with crema.
