Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 lbs. beef sirloin (cut into cubes)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp. fresh parsley (minced)
  • 2 tsp. fresh thyme (minced)
  • 2 tsp. fresh rosemary (minced)
  • 2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Wood or metal skewers

Instruction

  • Combine all the ingredients except the beef in a bowl. Give everything a good stir, and season to taste.
  • Add the beef to the herb mixture and let marinate for at least 15 to 20 minutes and up to overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high.
  • Remove the meat from the marinade, and slide it onto wood or metal skewers.
  • Cook on the grill for 6 to 8 minutes, turning every 2 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat, and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
