The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 ( 15 oz.) can chickpeas, drained
- 1 ( 15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 small cucumber, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instruction
- In a large bowl, combine chickpeas, kidney beans, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and Italian seasoning. Mix dressing with salad. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
