Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 3/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (smashed)
  • 10.5 oz can beefy mushroom soup (divided (If you can't find Beefy Mushroom Soup, you can substitute with Golden Mushroom Soup.))
  • 1 oz brown gravy mix packet
  • 1/4 cup Dried Minced Onion

Instruction

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Mix together your ground beef and beef broth in a mixing bowl, set aside.
  • Pour 1/2 cup of your soup in a measuring cup (that is larger than 1/2 cup) and stir in your brown gravy mix until well combined.
  • Add your eggs, dried minced onion, remaining soup and crackers to your beef mixture.
  • Press your beef mixture in the bottom of a 2.5 quart casserole dish.
  • Pour your gravy mixture over everything.
  • Cook for 1 hour, turning halfway through if your oven does not cook evenly.
