  • 4 – 5 cloves of garlic – chopped
  • 1 sweet onion – sliced thin
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • ½ tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 3 tbs. olive oil
  • 6 – 7 fresh basil leaves
