Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh dill (chopped)
- 1 large leek (cleaned and sliced)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 11 ounce beer
- 1 cup water
- salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
- In a medium bowl, mix all the meatballs ingredients together. Shape the meatballs into your preffered size. Set aside.
- In a large skillet heat the olive oil and add the leaks to it. Saute leeks until tender.
- Add meatballs to the skillet and cook until slightly browned on all sides.
- Sprinkle the tablespoon of flour over the meatballs and stir them around in the skillet.
- Add the beer and cook the meatballs in the beer until the alcohol evaporates. Add the cup of water, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for another 30 minutes on medium heat. You will notice the sauce reduce and thicken.
