Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 12-14 meatballs (see above for recipe}
- 2 48 ounce boxes chicken broth (can use cans if desired)
- 1 28 ounce can whole tomatoes
- 1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons onion (chopped)
- 2 stalks celery (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instruction
- In a large pot over medium heat, saute onions and celery in hot oil until onions are translucent
- Add remaining ingredients except meatballs and bring to a boil.
- Add meatballs and reduce heat. Simmer 15 minutes and serve
