Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 7-8 Rolls (depending on the size of your pan)
- 14-20 Italian meatballs ((depending on their size))
- 4 slices provolone cheese, cut in half
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (divided)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted (divided)
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 350-degrees F.
- Slice the rolls in half.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls into a cast-iron skillet or baking pan.
- Melt the butter in a small dish.
- Brush each bottom half with the melted butter.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and mozzarella cheese over the bottom rolls.
- Cut the meatballs in half then mix them with tomato sauce.
- Add halved meatballs onto the rolls.
- Add provolone cheese to the top of the meatballs.
- Add the top half of the rolls on top.
- Brush each top with melted butter.
- Sprinkle the rolls with additional garlic powder, grated Parmesan cheese, and the dried parsley and basil.
- Place the pan into the oven for 10 minutes until the cheeses are melted.
- Serve hot.
