Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 slices Gluten Free Bread (I buy mine at Sprouts)
  • 3 ounces turkey breast or 3 slices of low sodium oven roasted deli turkey breast
  • 1/4 cup no sugar added cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup sprouts
  • 1/4 cup green apples (sliced)

Instruction

  • Assemble the sandwiches by placing sprouts on one slice of the gluten free bread, followed by turkey, cranberry sauce, sliced apples then place the remaining slice of bread on top.
  • Note, you can spritz a little lemon juice on the apples to keep them from turning.
  • Cut the sandwich in half then place in meal prep containers.
