Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 medium ripe avocado, (peeled and pitted)
- 1 medium lime, (zest and juice of)
- 1 medium lemon, (zest and juice of)
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar, (or apple cider vinegar)
- 1/4 cup olive oil, (extra virgin)
- 1/4 cup light salad oil, (*use avocado oil or olive oil for keto diet)
- 1/2 cup water, (more for a thinner dressing)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, (chopped)
- 1 tbsp fresh tarragon, (chopped)
Instruction
- Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
