Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 quart(s) popped, salted corn
- 2 stick(s) oleo
- 1/2 cup(s) white syrup
- 2 cup(s) brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
Instruction
- Take oleo, white syrup and brown sugar.
- Mix and bring to boil stirring. Cook 6 min. on low heat stirring.
- Take off stove and add cream of tartar, salt and soda. Stir until foamy.
- Pour on popped corn. Mix. Spread out on greased cookie sheet.
- Put in oven at 200F for 1 hour, stir occasionally.
- Press into balls if you desire.
