Ingredients
The following ingredients have 9 Servings
- 1 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
- 4 Tbsp almond flour
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup (more or less to taste)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp matcha green tea
Instruction
- Pulse everything together in a food processor.
- Shape into 1" balls.
- Store in the refrigerator.
- Eat 1 or 2 when you need a pick me up. Great pre-workout snack.
