Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 handful of greens, spinach or kale
  • 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/2 banana

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend well. If it's too thick add more milk - too thin add more ice or the other half banana.
  • If you want it to be a smoothie bowl it needs to be thick.
