Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • juice of 1/2 a lime
  • 1 1/2 cups ice (crushed)
  • 1 1/2 tsp green matcha powder
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • pinch of salt

Instruction

  • To a blender add the following ingredients (in this order): coconut yogurt, coconut milk, spinach, lime jucie and ice. Pulse slowly at first then blend slowly until chunks of ice and veggies have begun to break down.
  • Add matcha powder and honey then slowly bring mixer to high speed and purée until completely smooth. Check for seasoning and add a pinch of salt, if desired.
