Ingredients
The following ingredients have 10 Servings
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- juice of 1/2 a lime
- 1 1/2 cups ice (crushed)
- 1 1/2 tsp green matcha powder
- 2 Tbsp honey
- pinch of salt
Instruction
- To a blender add the following ingredients (in this order): coconut yogurt, coconut milk, spinach, lime jucie and ice. Pulse slowly at first then blend slowly until chunks of ice and veggies have begun to break down.
- Add matcha powder and honey then slowly bring mixer to high speed and purée until completely smooth. Check for seasoning and add a pinch of salt, if desired.
