Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 12 dates (pits removed)
  • 1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder
  • 1 cup protein powder (unsweetened and plain (can use whey or vegan for dairy-free))
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • pink Himalayan salt (dash of)

Instruction

  • Remove the pits of the dates first and then add all the ingredients to a food processor. .
  • Turn it to high (with cover on). It will resemble a powder at first, yet after blending for a while will form a thick paste.
  • Using a 1 inch diameter cookie scoop, scoop out and form the dough into a ball with the palm of your hands. Add each ball to parchment paper. Optional to coat in extra matcha powder. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
