Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and boiled
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instruction
- Peel and cube sweet potatoes and place into a large saucepan. Cover with water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook until potatoes are fork tender.
- Drain and place sweet potatoes into a large bowl. Add in butter, milk, salt and cinnamon. Mash with either a hand mixer or a potato masher until smooth.
