The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 large parsnips

- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/3 cup vegan butter (or store-bought vegan butter)
- 1/4 tsp maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp sesame oil
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- a pinch of nutmeg
- 1 tbsp vegan butter
- 1 clove of garlic (minced)
- 6-8 mushrooms (sliced (I used cremini mushrooms))
- 2 rosemary sprigs
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- salt and pepper (to taste)
