Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 head of cauliflower (broken into florets)
- 1 tablespoons olive oil (or Earth Balance vegan spread)
- 1 Tablespoon vegan sour cream (- I used Tofutti (optional))
- Salt and pepper
Instruction
- Steam cauliflower until tender. Let sit until cool.
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
- Reheat and enjoy!
