Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 head of cauliflower (broken into florets)
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil (or Earth Balance vegan spread)
  • 1 Tablespoon vegan sour cream (- I used Tofutti (optional))
  • Salt and pepper

Instruction

  • Steam cauliflower until tender. Let sit until cool.
  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
  • Reheat and enjoy!
