Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 kg salmon fillet
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- salt to taste
- Grind together
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp whole black pepper
- 3-4 whole red chili
Instruction
- Mix together all the ingredients including the ground cumin, pepper and chili powder to the salmon and marinate for atleast 30 mins
- Place the salmon in a baking dish.
- Baked in a preheated oven at 180 C for 20-30 minutes. The salmon should be easily flaked with a fork.
