Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 kg salmon fillet
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • salt to taste
  • Grind together
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp whole black pepper
  • 3-4 whole red chili

Instruction

  • Mix together all the ingredients including the ground cumin, pepper and chili powder to the salmon and marinate for atleast 30 mins
  • Place the salmon in a baking dish.
  • Baked in a preheated oven at 180 C for 20-30 minutes. The salmon should be easily flaked with a fork.
