Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 packet Maggi Atta Noodles
  • Vegetables (Peas, Carrots, Cabbage, Potato, Onions, capsicum - as desired)
  • 1 tsp Mustard oil

Instruction

  • Heat mustard oil in kadai or non stick pan. Sauté potato and remove from pan. Sauté all the vegetables for 1-2 min to maintain the crispness.
  • Add Maggi , break into 2 parts to get long strands. Add Maggi masala and boiling water.(quantity of water can be reduced as vegetables leaves water. Cover the kadhai and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Hot steaming vegetable Maggi is ready to serve.
