  • 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
  • 3/4 lb potatoes (340g)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic (, crushed or grated)
  • 1 tsp ginger (, grated (approx 1/2in/1cm piece))
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
