Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 cup Chilled Water
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 1/2 Green Chili (adjust to taste or skip*)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cilantro Leaves
  • 2-3 Mint Leaves (plus more to garnish)

Instruction

  • In a blender add the ingredients.
  • Blend them well. Make sure there are no lumps.
  • Pour it into the glass and garnish it with mint leaves and sprinkle roasted cumin.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate to chill the chaas for few hours. Chaas tastes best when served chilled.
