Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 cup Chilled Water
- 1/2 inch Ginger
- 1/2 Green Chili (adjust to taste or skip*)
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Chaat Masala
- 1 teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Cilantro Leaves
- 2-3 Mint Leaves (plus more to garnish)
Instruction
- In a blender add the ingredients.
- Blend them well. Make sure there are no lumps.
- Pour it into the glass and garnish it with mint leaves and sprinkle roasted cumin.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate to chill the chaas for few hours. Chaas tastes best when served chilled.
