Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 Cup Curd
  • 2 Cup Chilled Water
  • 10 Mint Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • 1 Small Piece Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Jeera Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Salt / Kala Namak
  • 1/4 tsp Chaat Masala ((Optional))
  • Small Piece Lemon ((Optional))
  • Salt (As Required)

Instruction

  • First measure and keep all the ingredients ready.
  • To a mixer add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli and ginger.
  • Add jeera powder, black salt and chaat masala.
  • First grind it roughly. Now pour the curd.
  • Pour chilled water, add required salt and blend it.
  • If preferred squeeze lemon juice and blend it till frothy.Serve this Masala Chaas recipe chilled.
