Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 tomatoes (medium, diced)
- 1/2 cup green scallions (chopped)
- 1/2 cup green bell peppers (chopped, optional)
- 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
Instruction
- Combine vegetables; sprinkle with honey and salt and pepper to taste. Add vinegar and stir.
- Allow to sit 2 hours in the fridge before serving.
