Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 tomatoes (medium, diced)
  • 1/2 cup green scallions (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup green bell peppers (chopped, optional)
  • 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar

Instruction

  • Combine vegetables; sprinkle with honey and salt and pepper to taste. Add vinegar and stir.
  • Allow to sit 2 hours in the fridge before serving.
