Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 large Tomatoes cut into wedges
- 2 Cucumbers peeled and cubed
- 1 large Vidalia onion peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup Olive oil or salad oil
- 1/4 cup Cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Oregano
Instruction
- Put prepared vegetables in large salad bowl. In smaller bowl combine remaining ingredients with whisk until salt and sugar dissolve. Pour dressing over vegetables and let stand in refrigerator about 1 hour before serving for best flavor.
