Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 large Tomatoes cut into wedges
  • 2 Cucumbers peeled and cubed
  • 1 large Vidalia onion peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil or salad oil
  • 1/4 cup Cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Oregano

Instruction

  • Put prepared vegetables in large salad bowl. In smaller bowl combine remaining ingredients with whisk until salt and sugar dissolve. Pour dressing over vegetables and let stand in refrigerator about 1 hour before serving for best flavor.
