- 1 medium zucchini (chopped into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 yellow summer squash (chopped into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 avocado (diced)
- Extra lime juice (for garnish)
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
