Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound part-skim mozzarella cheese (cubed*)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Instruction

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, herbs, and spices.
  • Add in the cubed mozzarella cheese and stir gently to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 1- 2 hours. Stir a couple times throughout the chilling process**.
  • Serve chilled using toothpicks.
