Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 6 lamb loin chops, fat trimmed
  • 1/2 cup mirin
  • 1/4 cup light soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 cm ginger finely grated
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp plain flour

Instruction

  • Place lamb chops in a shallow dish or bowl suitable for marinating.
  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix together.
  • Pour marinade over chops, cover and refrigerate. Leave overnight if possible, otherwise a few hours is sufficient.
  • Cook chops on a barbeque grill or hot plate until done, basting the meat with extra marinade.
