The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- Ingredients for the pork:
- 1/2 pound pork shoulder ((about 250g) cut into thin slices)
- 1/4 cup Korean BBQ sauce
- Other Ingredients:
- 1 Tablespoon garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup button mushroom (cut into slices)
- 1/3 cup carrots (sliced)
- 1 Tablespoon Korean BBQ sauce
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
- 1/3 cup green onion (cut into 1-inch pieces)
Instruction
- Marinate the pork with Korean BBQ sauce and set aside for 30 minutes.
- In a lightly greased cake barrel, put the garlic and carrots on the bottom then put pork slices on top. Air fry at 380F (190C) for about 8-9 minutes, stir once in between.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients into the cake pan and air fry again 380F (190C) for 3-4 minutes until pork is cooked through.
