Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cucumbers (peeled and thinly sliced)
- 1 small onion (shaved)
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon salad oil or vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instruction
- Peel cucumber and thinly slice (I use a mandoline).
- Layer cucumbers with the onions in a resealable bowl suitable for the fridge.
- Whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour over the salad.
- Refrigerate several hours or overnight for best flavor.
