Ingredients
The following ingredients have 11 Servings
- 28oz butter beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 small red onion, minced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, minced
- 1/4 cup chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon coarse salt*
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instruction
- Drain and rinse beans.
- Add to a bowl and mix with the remaining ingredients.
- The more these beans sit, the tastier they will get. Eat immediately or after they have marinated for a while. Either way is delicious!
