Ingredients

The following ingredients have 11 Servings
  • 28oz butter beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 small red onion, minced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, minced
  • 1/4 cup chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coarse salt*
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instruction

  • Drain and rinse beans.
  • Add to a bowl and mix with the remaining ingredients.
  • The more these beans sit, the tastier they will get. Eat immediately or after they have marinated for a while. Either way is delicious!
