Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • (2) 14 ounce cans of quartered artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 cup avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons dried minced onions
  • 1 tablespoon freeze dried chives
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, more to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Instruction

  • Combine all ingredients and let marinate for 24 hours before serving. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
