Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 7-10 fresh mint leaves (add 1 sprig for garnish)
  • 1/2 lime (in 4 wedges)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 4-6 tbsp fruit juice (I used juice of 2 maracuyas)
  • optional: 3 tbsp white rum
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water

Instruction

  • Place mint leaves in a glass together with 1 lime wedge. Muddle (handle of a wooden spoon works for me) mint and lime to release lime juice and mint oil. Add sugar and two more lime wedges and muddle again.
  • Fill the glass with ice. Pour fruit juice and optional rum over the ice. Fill the glass with sparkling water (club soda), stir and garnish with remaining lime wedge and mint sprig.
