Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 scoops protein powder (I use SunWarrior Vanilla)
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (separated)
  • 1 tsp coconut palm sugar
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instruction

  • In a large bowl combine all ingredients except for the chocolate chips and 1 tbsp of the coconut oil
  • Mix well and press into a medium sized glass container and store in the fridge
  • Melt the chocolate and remaining coconut oil in the microwave for about 20 seconds
  • Stir well and pour over the base of the fudge
  • Return to the fridge for 15 minutes
  • Cut into squares and store in the fridge
