Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 onion
- 2 Honeycrisp apples
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- kosher salt, pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 Tbsps pure maple syrup
- 1 to 2 Tbsps Sriracha (depending on spice preference)
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 4 bone in pork chops
Instruction
- Dice the onion and slice the apples. Put the onion and apples in a 9×13 pan or sheet pan.
- Add the olive oil, cinnamon, kosher salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated. Make room for the pork chops and place them in the middle of the pan.
- In a small bowl whisk together the maple syrup, Sriracha, and soy sauce. Brush this mixture on all sides of the pork chops. Sprinkle the pork lightly with kosher salt and pepper.
- Place in a 400 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes (depending on pork thickness, until internal temp is 145 degrees). Toss the apples and onions halfway through cooking.
