  • 1 small clove garlic, peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup sherry vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup, dark or amber
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon coarse kosher salt

Instruction

  • Puree garlic, oil, vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon and salt in a blender, mini prep, or with an immersion blender in blending jar until completely smooth.
